Auditions to European Union Youth Orchestra/12-13.11.2022
The Department of Artistic Education, after a two-year break caused by the pandemic, starts organizing auditions of candidates for the European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO), bringing together young musicians – citizens of the European Union Member States aged 16-26.
The orchestra is selected by the EUYO management in individual European countries. Courtesy of the rector of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, prof. Klaudiusz Baran, auditions of Polish musicians for the EUYO 2023 edition will be held at the FCUM Warsaw, ul. Okólnik 2, on November 12-13, 2022 (Saturday – Sunday).
As in previous years, at the request of the EUYO board, we provide participants with the opportunity to perform any piece with the accompaniment of a pianist-accompanist. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage does not participate in the costs related to the candidates’ arrival to Warsaw (travel, accommodation).
